I’m a regular at this hotel. I didn’t eat breakfast due to being a late sleeper. I had eaten breakfast here in the past and it was very good. I recommend. Wifi is strong. The Lawsons (konbini) is in the first floor of the building. An international ATM is there and you can recharge your PASMO & SUICA card at the ATM.

Clean room. View was okay. Decent space in the room. We didn't try the breakfast buffet that appeared to be a nearby diner. The signage in front is a bit small so could be easily missed when looking for the hotel the first time.

This property was wonderful. Stayed one night and had a great time. Spent time in Aomori and was able to go to the Nebuto museum nearby as well as Shopping Street. It was very clean and the bathroom and bed was quite large. Staff was respectful and accommodating and helped with any questions I had. Would recommend this hotel any time.

Very good bathroom, the overhead rain shower was an unexpected bonus. Great water pressure. The smart toilet was good too.

It is uncommon to experience racism and rudeness from staff in Japan, but this hotel staff is the exception to the rule. At check-in we were treated quite rudely - at breakfast we were treated very rudely by the chef behind the counter. It is difficult to understand why hotel staff adopt this attitude - we feel very sorry for them but more so than that are very embarrassed by their rude behavior. We will never stay at another Daiwa Roynet Hotel. IF you are from a country other than Japan we recommend finding another place to stay!
