Ponto alto do Benfica é sua equipe sempre disposta a fazer tudo p manter meu conforto. Especialmente Jeferson e Marcos. Maior eficácia. Portas do quarto: precisam reparo urgente! As bordas destruídas dão péssima impressão.

O destaque fica por conta da localização, pois o hotel fica “colado” no complexo da Basílica, a poucos metros do portão de entrada dos veículos e pedestres.
O apartamento tem um pequeno frigobar, e dispõe de ar condicionado e ventilador de teto. A TV só pegava 4 canais (não sei se era a configuração)

Horário check in e check out totalmente errado, saída 10hs e entrada às 15hs. Segundo o colaborador do hotel, já foi passado ao ADM responsável, mas os horários continua lá colado no elevadore. Hotel não condiz com as fotos conforme o anúncio, banheiro muito apertado, quarto cheiro ruim, geladeira suja, corredor do hotel sujo em fim eu não volto, tão pouco recomendo, não dar nem pra dizer a custo benefício!!!! É queimar dinheiro.

Quarto espasoço, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos. Boa localização, o hotel fica próximo ao estacionamento do santuário, tem mercados e restaurantes ao lado. O hotel é um pouco antigo mas os pontos positivos compensam.
