O Hotel é muito bom. Pessoal atencioso, ambiente agradável. A limpeza também é boa, porém quando chegamos ao quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de água sanitária que chegou a incomodar. Outro fato desagradável é não poder comprar e consumir o caldo no restaurante. O caldo verde servido só pode ser consumido com o jantar completo. Quem quiser tem que comprar e consumir no quarto. É o cliente a serviço da burocracia. Café da manhã excelente também.

O hotel é muito bom. A equipe da recepção é muito gentil e o atendimento é excelente. O café da manhã é bom, podendo melhorar. O estacionamento é excelente, com pontos de carregamento para carros elétricos. A localização para quem vai ao Santuário Nacional é privilegiada pois conta com transfer gratuito do hotel para o Santuário e do Santuário para o hotel. Quem quiser ir de carro para o Santuário, o hotel tem um cartão que isenta de pagamento o estacionamento do carro do hóspede.

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no Hotel Rainha dos Apóstolos. O grande diferencial da hospedagem, sem dúvidas, foi o direito de entrada na Basílica que o hotel promove como cortesia, o que facilitou muito o nosso passeio. Além disso, a localização é perfeita: o hotel fica logo aos fundos da Cidade do Romeiro, permitindo que a gente entrasse e saísse a pé por um acesso privativo nos fundos do hotel. Outro ponto super positivo foi a comodidade de deixar o carro estacionado no próprio hotel com total segurança enquanto aproveitávamos tudo. Quartos confortáveis, ambiente tranquilo e atendimento impecável. Voltarei com certeza!
