Property was good, solid 3 star. Staff customer service was poor from the young girls in the restaurant. The girls never smiled always grouchy when requesting a drink or food. They definitely need training. Lina was really nice. Definitely made our stay more comfortable. Simple things like smiling and checking to see if we were ok went such a long way. Another lady that was there during breakfast time is nice, friendly and helpful as well. The manager was helpful too, changed our rooms when the air conditioning was not working. Food was perfect. Would recommend to others :)

I really liked staying with Joe and Serona, They and their staff make you feel very welcome and also the service with the smile is really appreciated. The location is good and the area is quiet and the music from the local church is beautiful. The bar prices are very reasonable and maybe a little bit too cheap, Joe's music is also very good and I enjoyed my evenings with various people enjoying the experience!

Restaurant menu love it bar facilities fantastic p

Location: location is spot on everything is near by town restaurants bars nightlife you name it...it's there
Our room/bed was very comfortable cleanliness was up to our standards we always had new towels and linens every day for the six nights we stayed there the house girls were awesome attitude hospitality was outstanding bar girls/boys were fantastic front desk crews were amazing restaurant menu was delicious can't complain overall with prices was very reasonable my husband and I will definitely stay there again and I will most definitely recommend to families and friends... most of all thank you so much Tuala and Sarona for your kindness hospitality the beautiful atmosphere that yourselves showed towards my husband and I during our stay at your beautiful hotel...until next time keep up your outstanding performances...

Good value, Great food!

An excellent choice for a modest hotel with everything you need. Would be equivalent to a motel type standard in NZ. Clean and staff are very friendly. Food was excellent and free breakfast great. Coffee was of excellent standard! Pool was a great facility. Everything you need for a holiday within a good budget! Would stay here again.

Comfortable but not luxurious

Easy walk into the city. Staff weren't overly helpful with activities but were polite and friendly. Pillows were awful. The pool and bar were lovely. One of the staff gave my name to our taxi driver who then contacted me on Facebook which I found unprofessional.
