general impression
photo's look very attractive, but in reality : poor finish , a lot of junk in separate areas/ rooms etc...
in my opinion : the owner need to do a real upgrade : the place is full of needless stuff : books , games , electricity extension cables etc... , poor lightning, the badroom really needs an upgrade.. etc..
The location , however is great, has great extra value , especially for the people who likes a quiet and relaxing time.
