Pros: Very cheap for those budget conscious. it was clean and had everything you need and included breakfast
Cons: Not ideal if you want a quiet relaxing weekend away as with any shared accommodation.

Pros: Location - easy walking distance from the start of the Great Ocean Walk track and town centre.
Cons: Our welcome was lacking some welcome.

Pros: You only needed to book for a night
Cons: It smelt highly of mould
Facilities: Tired, average; Value: Uneconomical, not great; Service: ordinary; Cleanliness: Smelly; the double room we had stunk. I went to Supermarket and spent $13 on air freshener
