Lovely place to stay

We stayed only one night and had a very pleasant stay. They could use some updated luggage carts as the ones available had no turning radius. Not a problem as we didn't have a large amount of luggage.

Entirely average.

Honestly, I had expected it to be a little nicer than it was since it’s a pretty new hotel and more expensive than others in the area. There’s free coffee in the rooms, but you have to pay for the coffee in the lobby. Also, the listing does state that breakfast is not included, but again, since this hotel is more expensive, yet completely average in every other way, it didn’t seem really worth the extra cost to have so little included. Being on the river isn’t that great of a view and our room faced the parking lot anyway. I’ve had better experiences with a Holiday Inn Express.
