The outlets in the bathroom and the entry way of the room did not work at all. There was black mold on the window and by the air conditioning unit.

The picture is probably 30 years old in the listing. Locks on the doors were missing. You could tell the door was kicked in and badly repaired. One room hadn't been dusted or vacuumed. The other room had broken fridge and holes in the walls. Sheets and towels were stained but clean. Used coffee packet left in coffeemaker. Bathrooms clean but outdated and complimentary toiletries were already opened.

This was an awful experience. Reserved a room the week before our arrival. Called day if to let them know that we'd be checking in late. When we got there they didn't have a room for us. Offered us their last available room. It was disgusting! The room was dirty, had a horrible stench and we saw what looked to be a cockroach squirm across the floor. We ended up leaving.

They double charged for the deposit and it has been over 2 weeks since I’ve inquired about my refunds. Still nothing. Their system recently upgraded apparently and when we checked in they couldn’t find my reservation and after 45 minutes they were able to locate it in their old system. Went up to our room and the housekeepers were in there cleaning it, mind you it’s after 7pm. So we went for dinner while they finished.
