beds were comfy but the sheets on one of them had a rip and fade in it. Breakfast was mediocre. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Overheard people fighting. Also found a cockroach in our room.

You've been warned.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked this hotel for a company event with 7 employees. When our first employee arrived, the female Uber driver told her that she could stay at her house rather than this dump. The room smelled of urine, the door and window lock didn't work, fire alarm was damaged, blood stains on the comforter, and people fighting in the hallways. Homeless people all around the building, and what looked like a drugged up guy in the lobby. We quickly booked a different place and took her out of the room. They even tried to double charged us an extra $1600 and when confronted, they said to file a dispute. You've been warned.

Place was 3rd world! I knew I wouldn’t get my money back since I booked it on Expedia which is why I do not like to using reservation apps. Totally not what I was expecting. I went to my event that day and returning to the hotel that evening around 9:00, I didn’t feel safe just sitting in my car looking at the lobby entrance. Thankfully I still had my luggage in the car so I left and stayed elsewhere. Just wished I could’ve cancelled the reservation when I pulled into the parking lot. Was not a 6.4

We ended up not staying. Room was dirty. There was a guest that was evicted and threatened the guys behind the desk that he would return, they would regret it and he was going to “get” them. Said guest went outside and continued to rant and pace and verbally continue to talk about making them pay!!! We had our two young grandchildren with us and we didn’t want to expose them to any further danger, so we asked for a refund and they said no. We were out our money, but we were safe.

My room refrigerator still had food in it. The seating area had a very musky smell and felt dusty. They had vacuum cleaners in the continental breakfast area sitting there full of dust/ dirt.
