By far the worse stay ive ever encountered! I planned a weekend with my lady and the hot tub didnt work. Went to complain about it to see if we coupd get compensated, room switch, or switch hotels but things quickly escalated because the hot tubs an amenity. The hot tub was literally why we got a room and the staff handle it horribly. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Complaints by a customer shouldnt be ignored!

This is our second time staying at this property in the last month. First time the rooms seemed ok except that our room was mixed up and rented to another people with similar last name. Front desk manager to prove that the last names were similar pulled out other guests check in information with all their personal info to show us(mind blowing isn’t it?) We thought we will give another chance. We came to check in and thought we are at totally different motel. Hallways trashed, common areas smelled like there was an accident. Our room keys didn’t work so we came back to get new ones. No one was at the front desk for a while. We noticed our check in information signed list was just laying on the front desk to grab for anyone. That is totally not acceptable. At that point we were not happy and were offered to leave and find another place to stay. That was exactly what we did and next door place didn’t disappoint. Never again…
