Winter and summer holiday home in the mountains at 1200 meters overlooking the entire village and Adamello. 100 meters from the departure of the Magnolta cable car and the sports center with swimming pool.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a medium-high quality residential complex without lift and reachable from Milan by bus or alternatively by train with stop in Tresenda (a shuttle service is available from Tresenda).

In the apartment we offer you the possibility to use: a microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and a "Bimbi" blender. Towels and sheets are not provided, blankets are present instead.

Perfect Location
This generously sized duplex apartment is clean, warm & spacious. It is conveniently located beside the Magnolta ski lift and directly beside the local public swimming pool which was ideal for us. There is a free daily ski bus shuttle that runs on a half hour basis throughout the day and this stops outside the swimming pool. The host is contactable and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. :-)

Great place!
Amazing holiday in great place...recommended! Location is a 15 min walk to nursery slopes, which we needed for ski school for kids. Beside lift for black slope though, so perfect for the more experienced skier.

דירה נחמדה, מותאמת לצורכי משפחה, במחיר הגון. שהינו בדירה חמישה ימים עם שלושת ילדנו בחופשת סקי באתר אפריקה. בעל הבית מרסלו היה מאוד נחמד אלינו, שלח לנו חומרים לפני החופשה כולל הסברים מפורטים, ענה על כל שאלותינו וסיפק לנו את כל המידע הדרוש. גם כאשר נהג המונית התקשר אליו בשעה שתיים לפנות בוקר... במהלך החופשה גם קיבלנו מענה לכל שאלותינו ודרישותינו. בסיום החופשה היה לנו עיכוב בטיסה ובעל הדירה הסכים שנשאיר את המזוודות בדירה למרות שהמנקה הגיעה לארגן מחדש את הדירה ודיירים חדשים הגיעו להתאכסן בה. הדירה ממוקמת בצמוד לגונדולה המובילה למסלולים שחורים (בהנחה שאתם גולשים במסלול שחור), אך גם בסמיכות לתחנת האוטובוס למעוניינים להגיע למעליות למסלולים הכחולים או לבית הספר. ביחס למחיר הדירה מומלצת בחום, משפחת קולודני ישראל

Excelente casa cerca de las pistas de esqui
Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para alojar cómodamente a 6 personas, es cálida y más grande de lo que parecía en el anuncio. Además está situada al lado de las pistas de esquí y a 5-10 minutos de restaurantes y tiendas. El hospedador responde con rapidez a los mensajes enviados. En resumen han sido unas vacaciones estupendas

Nostalgisch und sehr schön
Mein Sohn und ich hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und nostalgisch, wie auf den Fotos gut zu erkennen ist, und sauber. Das Duschbad und die Toiletten sind auf dem neuesten Stand! Direkt vor der Tür ist das Hallenbad. Der Skilift direkt daneben wird gerade für die Wintersaison komplett erneuert. Bis ins Ortszentrum sind es wenige Minuten Fußweg. Die kleine Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist in einem größeren Appartementhaus und hervorragend gesichert mit stabilen Klappläden.
