Situated on the first floor (no lift) of a three-storey building (Le Silène), it features a living room with a television, a double sofa bed and a dining area, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet, as well as a 4 m² balcony to enjoy the fine weather, summer or winter.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, an electric oven and a microwave, a two-ring induction hob, and everything you need to host ‘fondue and raclette’ evenings if you wish.

You’ll also find, in the cupboard in the studio’s entrance hall, a clothes horse for your small items of laundry, and useful accessories for a quick daily clean if needed, as well as, on the ground floor, a locker for storing your skis and, in the basement, a storage locker where you can store items such as your travel bag or suitcase.

The studio is ideally situated on the Pré du Bois hill, in a very quiet and pleasant setting with, right at the foot of the residence, a pétanque court, a private tennis court, as well as access to numerous walking and cycling trails, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Aravis mountains and a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Arve valley, just a five-minute walk away; and, in summer, you’ll even be able to walk around Mont Favy along a shaded route.

It also benefits from its proximity (around 200 metres away) to the Aquacîme leisure centre (two heated outdoor swimming pools, large lawns for relaxing with a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, a water play area for young children, a water slide, a beach volleyball court, a snack bar, and fitness and wellness facilities (an indoor ‘zen’ pool, sauna, hammam and solarium).

Aquacîme is open in line with the resort’s seasonal schedule: in winter from mid-December to mid-April; in summer from mid-June to mid-September; and, including its mini-golf course, during the All Saints’ Day holidays.

Just one kilometre from the residence and at an altitude of 1,140 metres, you’ll also discover the heart of this mountain village with its timeless charm, complete with all the essential shops as well as boutiques, bars, restaurants and local markets, plus a variety of seasonal events.
Its ski resort welcomes you in winter for an authentic and warm experience, whether family-oriented or sport-focused, with very easy access to the first slopes of Les Carroz, rising to 2,120 m, and to the vastness of the Grand Massif’s XXL ski area. The ski lifts are open from 19 December 2026 to 11 April 2027.

Transport:
If you’re travelling by car via the A40 motorway, take exit 19 “Magland Cluses”, then the D6 towards Les Carroz Flaine via the Col de Balme. At the entrance to the village, turn right immediately and follow signs for “Les Carroz Ouest” as far as “Pré du Bois”. Once you arrive at your destination, you can park your car in front of the Le Silène building.

In winter, the free ski bus (which stops in front of the residence) will take you to the village centre and the ski lift departure point.
