Beautiful New Mexico Lodge with 360 degree views
Aragon is a sleepy New Mexico village in the heart of the Gila National Forest. This area is host to some of the best Elk hunting in the United States. The Tularosa Lodge is located on a picturesque hill with a breath taking view of the valley. We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One king with an ensuite and two smaller bedrooms upstairs that share a bath. Another bath downstairs that has a claw foot soaking tub. There is a large gourmet kitchen open to the Lodge grand living area and a separate large dining area. All of this sits on 5 acres with 2 other homes on the property. One of the other properties is the owners cottage. The Apache Creek store is 5 miles down the road and has a small convenience store that sells beer and wine. The town of Reserve is 20 miles SW on Hwy 12 and has gas, a grocery store and several restaurants. The Lodge will provide privacy and serenity with all the comforts of home.

Peaceful Retreat
We recently stayed at this lodge for 4 days to celebrate Thanksgiving, and the rental did not disappoint! The cabin is very well furnished, with a complete kitchen. It is very spacious, enough comfort for 5 of us to stay without being on top of each other. Rose was incredible too... she made sure that we had everything that we needed to have a memorable vacation. She even provided a series of table games for us to use at night (there is no TV service- but there are some movies), which was great for the kids! We are looking forward to staying in this place again!

Nice place to stay on our hunting trip
Quaint place to stay in the wilderness. If you like elk bugling every morning and evening, this place is great. Saw 50-100 everyday out the window!
