Tarif excessif pour la prestation offerte.

Le descriptif ne correspond pas à l’annonce ; elle est mal formulée et les photos sont trompeuses : - on parle d’une chambre ; en fait il s’agit tout simplement d’un studio dans lequel se trouve le lit , un lit superposé et un canapé lit; tout ça dans la même pièce. - Le prix est excessif par rapport au bien loué. - Les ustensiles de cuisine sont vraiment très succincts. Difficile d’y faire de la cuisine - pas de machine à laver ni de lave vaisselle alors qu’il y aurait de la place pour les intégrer - Isolation médiocre : on entend les gens monter à l’étage par les escaliers en bois. - Le bien est situé dans Arcachon mais pas en cœur de ville . -Pas de parking : stationnement très difficile pendant la période d’août .
