Comfortable apartment, ideal for a couple, composed of a large entrance (videophone), a living room (Clic Clac 120X190cm - 1 person / 1 relax armchair / TV / no wifi) with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer / small dishwasher / microwave / induction hob / DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker etc ...) and its dining area, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm / closet), a bathroom with toilet (washing machine / towel dryer / hair dryer), a quiet loggia with its furniture and a parking space in the basement.
Linen not provided, possibility of renting via the agency = 1 pack 140cm (sheets & towels) = € 42 per week. Optional cleaning = €60
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €10/day.

L'appartement est au top pour l'emplacement, proche commerces, océan, bars, restaurants. Pas de voiture à prendre car elle reste au sous-sol. Par contre, le fait d'être en plein centre est propice au bruit des livraisons des restaurants ou marchés. Nous avons été réveillé très tôt mais comme ça nous avons profité des longues journées.

Tres bel appartement
Tres bel appartement, conforme aux photos, bien situé aux pieds du marché et des halles et à 200m de la plage, une place de parking (en sous-sol) et l'ascenseur. Malgré la canicule, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et déjeuner au frais sur la terrasse. Seul bémol situé au dessus d'une brasserie donc assez bruyant le soir et tôt le matin (ravitaillement)
