The house is 5 minutes walk from the center and the beach. It is extremely comfortable. The interior was renovated two years ago. It was designed to have a good time with the family. It therefore has spaces and facilities to meet these expectations (large dining room table inside and on the terrace, deckchairs, stove, ...). In fine weather, it is particularly pleasant to be able to have lunch / dinner outside on the terrace. You will find all the comfort to spend pleasant moments without being in the hustle and bustle of the beaches.
The house is in the heart of the Winter city district, a major tourist destination.
You will be able to walk there and observe its extravagant villas of the rich worldly hours of the past. Also 5 minutes on foot, an equestrian center, the forest and a park which leads (with an elevator) to the city center.
The SNCF train station is also 5 minutes away on foot. However, you will have to take the transport to go to sites like La Dune du Pilat, or the Corniche (20 minutes). To get to Cap Ferret, the boats leave from the pier at Thiers pier, which is a 5-minute walk away. Departures and returns are available on the UCBA website.
