Appartement calme et ensoleillé. Propre et refait a neuf . La résidence est pratique avec un accès direct plage, un accès boulangerie et un accès garage pour y laisser la voiture pendant tout le séjour. Studio idéalement situé et très bien équipé, propre, calme. Tout est pensé pour nous satisfaire, jusqu’à de quoi faire son petit déjeuner, thés, café, chocolat. Wunderbar gelegenes Apartment, direkter Zugang zum Strand, sowie fußläufig erreichbare Innenstadt inkl. diverser Restaurants. Sehr herzlicher Empfang, sowie hervorragende Kommunikaton mit der Vermieterin Madame Barbeau. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es mangelt an nichts, Geschirrspüler, Herd+Mikrowelle, sowie diverse Küchengeräte und Geschirr vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage ist bei heißen Temperaturen super angenehm. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder! Tout etait parfait, il n'y a rien qui manque, l'appartement est bien situé, accès direct sur la plage. Mme Barbeau est une hôtesse très gentille, la communication était très agréable. Merci beaucoup!!

Excellent séjour grâce à l’hospitalité de la propriétaire et l’appartement qui est très confortable, très bien équipé et à proximité de tout. La description est conforme à l’annonce et la communication avec Mme Barbeau très fluide. L’hote est prévenante et bienveillante tant par ses attentions que par les arrangements d’horaires qu’elles a pu nous accorder. Location à la plage !

Nous étions 2 adultes, en Juin, la location est très bien située avec une entrée qui donne sur la plage, 5min à pied des commerces d'Arcachon, et du port de plaisance. Confortable, tout y est, et la literie est de qualité. La clim super en bon état ! balcon pour les repas très agréable avec vue sur les jolies maisons.
