Habe spät eingecheckt und fand die Küche mit allem ausgestattet vor, was wir benötigten. Der großzügige Designer-Layout machte es einfach, eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Unser Lieblingsplatz war definitiv die Terrasse, wo wir jeden Morgen mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Berge frühstückten. Es setzte wirklich den Ton für unsere Tage.

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir auf den freundlichen Manager warten, der nur Spanisch spricht. Das Haus ist über die asphaltierte Bergstraße gut erreichbar. Berücksichtigen Sie tiefe Schluchten, sehr steile Hänge und wenige Möglichkeiten, den Gegenverkehr zu passieren. Die Villa bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und Velez Malaga und die umliegenden Gebiete. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Hier und da quietschten und klemmten Türen. Die Stromversorgung ist äußerst schlecht. Die Sicherungen brennen ständig durch. Sie können nicht mehr als 1 oder 2 Geräte gleichzeitig verwenden. Das ist schwierig beim Kochen. Maximal zwei Kochzonen bei nicht einmal voller Auslastung. Die einzige Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hängt viel zu niedrig und hat wenig Leistung. Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und sind im Sommer nachts sehr heiß. Die Betten hängen durch und in einem Badezimmer war kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden. Die kleinen Fliesen lösten sich in großer Zahl. Essen im Freien war für uns nicht mehr machbar dieses Haus, trotz der Aussicht.

Seit 2015 bleiben wir jedes Jahr ein paar Wochen zu zweit im Vista Maravilla und fliegen nach Malaga. Der Empfang durch Pepe ist immer herzlich und es war wieder alles bestens. Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend und die Ruhe wunderbar. Auch das Schwimmbad ist sehr angenehm. Die Villa ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Ein zusätzlicher Zweisitzer im Salon wäre willkommen. Jetzt sind es zwei. Zugang --- Wenn Sie die Bergstraße über Algarrobo nehmen, ist es nicht nur kürzer, sondern auch besser. Es bleibt ein schmaler Weg, aber alle sind höflich. Wir haben viel Erfahrung mit dem Fahren in den Bergen und können die beiden goldenen Regeln empfehlen: „Einfach geht’s“ und bei der Abfahrt die gleiche Geschwindigkeit wie bei der Auffahrt einhalten. Beim Bergabfahren können Sie die Automatik auf manuell stellen, um die Bremsen (Motorbremsung) zu schonen. Mietwagen --- Wählen Sie einen, der etwas höher auf der Straße liegt (ein SUV). Wir nehmen immer ein Automatikgetriebe, weil es angenehmer zu fahren ist. Es muss sicherlich kein 4x4 sein, es sei denn, das Auto ist voll beladen (z. B. 5 Personen Gepäck). Unten gibt es jede Menge Tankstellen und auch in Arenas selbst gibt es eine Tankstelle (Repsol). Einkaufen --- Zusätzlich zu den Geschäften im malerischen Arenas gibt es unten einen sehr großen Supermarkt, nämlich Eroski. Sie finden diesen neben der Autobahn auf dem Weg zur Villa. Wenn wir also ankommen, fahren wir immer zuerst dort vorbei, um unsere ersten Einkäufe zu erledigen. Restaurants --- Entlang der Küste finden Sie viele davon, einige am oder am Strand, andere in den Dörfern. Wir wählen immer spanische Küche. Sehr empfehlenswert: Bahia Beach Jazba (Torre del Mar). Aussteigen --- Puerto Banús, der Hafen von Marbella. Ein Mini-Saint-Tropez mit wunderschönen Yachten, Geschäften von Weltmarken, vielen Restaurants und Bars ... Etwas weiter entfernt liegen im Landesinneren die Kunststädte Sevilla (185 km) und Cordoba (200 km). Sie können auch Gibraltar (190 km) besuchen. Aufgrund der Distanz und der Fahrzeit (mit dem Auto) ist es am besten, für diese Ausflüge einen ganzen Tag einzuplanen.

Das Haus ist schön, sauber, gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Wir haben jedoch schon oft beim geringsten Stromausfall und oft Kurzschlüssen gelitten. Auch wir sind seit fast 24 Stunden ohne Wasser. Die Straße dorthin ist ein Horror; Sie brauchen mindestens einen Allradantrieb, wenn Sie die steile, kurvenreiche, zerklüftete und mit Schlaglöchern versehene Straßenoberfläche einigermaßen gut erklimmen möchten.

Zum Beispiel sind viele Glühbirnen im Innen- und Außenbereich durchgebrannt, die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht usw. Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Geräumiger, moderner und wunderschöner Swimmingpool. Und dann diese Ansicht. Großartig. Wir haben auch auf der Website gelesen, dass das Kücheninventar begrenzt war. Das hat anscheinend geholfen. Sehr umfangreiches Inventar. Sogar ein Käsehobel. Alles sauber Die harten Betten haben wir hervorragend geschlafen. Am letzten Tag entdeckten wir nur einen Abstellraum mit allen möglichen Extras. Von der Kühlbox bis zum Hochstuhl, zusätzlichen Matratzen usw. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nicht viel zu tun. Der Strand von Torre del Mar ist eine 25-minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Schöner Strand, schnelle Tiefsee. Wir fuhren auch viel herum und besuchten Orte am Morgen, aßen irgendwo gut zu Mittag und kehrten dann zu diesem schönen Haus zurück, schwammen, beobachteten das Meer und am Abend zuerst einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang und dann ein wunderschön beleuchtetes Velez-Malaga unter Ihnen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen

Das Haus hatte eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Durch vorherige Kommentare wussten wir bereits, dass der Weg zum Haus nicht offensichtlich war. Wir haben deshalb einen Jeep gemietet, der nicht überflüssig war. Die Straße ist nicht für jeden Fahrer reserviert. Zum Glück ist mein Mann ein guter Fahrer, weil ich mich nicht getraut habe, dorthin zu fahren. Wir dachten, wir hätten am Abend viel gegrillt, dafür ist der Grill zu klein. In früheren Kommentaren wurde auch erwähnt, dass die Betten sehr schlecht waren. Davor habe ich einen Mitarbeiter von Belvilla angerufen und bestätigt, dass negative Kommentare immer anerkannt und bearbeitet werden. Nun, ich kann jetzt bestätigen, dass wir auf einem Boxspring-Rahmen von Ikea (nichts gegen Ikea) ohne Matratze, etwas Papier dünn darauf geschlafen haben. Sogar unsere 3 Kinder beschwerten sich über die Betten. Die Klimaanlage, nur im Wohnzimmer, gleicht die Zimmer nicht aus. Es wurde berichtet, dass die Leute des Schlüsseldienstes nur Spanisch lernen konnten (Pepe und Maria übrigens sehr freundlich). An sich kein Problem, mit einigen Jahren Spanischunterricht und Google Übersetzer funktioniert das gut. Jedoch finde ich, dass die Eigentümer es leicht loswerden.
