In Perron, a beautifully converted former Landes barn, we invite you to enjoy the tranquility of its open space spread over one hectare. Here, we are committed to welcoming you, which is why we designed this cottage to offer a certain level of comfort. The cottage is arranged on the ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor, it offers: - the living room serving as a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, combined refrigerator), - a living room and lounge with television, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system, - 1 bedroom with a double bed, - a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is an attic bedroom with two single beds, a child's bed, and a sitting area. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer, a freezer, a fireplace insert, and electric heating are included. A first basket of firewood is included. Bed linens, towels, and household linens are included. Terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a swing, colored aluminum deck chairs, and a trampoline.
