My stay at this resort started off poorly due to a lack of proper guidance at check-in. Jefferson, the receptionist, failed to provide basic information such as buffet times, snack bar locations, or general amenities, which made our first day very frustrating. To add to that, we were unexpectedly charged a 15% fee despite showing tourist passports—this felt unfair, especially since I had already booked through Expedia at standard rates.
The food overall was average. Buffet meals were served in large batches and often cold. The snack bar offerings were minimal—usually just two nuggets with fries or the occasional burger, pizza, or wings (again, just two per serving).
On a positive note, the main pool was beautiful, and the spa was truly the highlight of our stay. The service there was exceptional, and the massage area was relaxing and top-notch.
