THE SITE
Casa Porticciolo is a practical and functional accommodation located in a residential complex located in the characteristic tourist port of Arenzano. Sailboats, yachts and fishing boats frame the lively clubs located on the street level of the building. Perfectly connected to the town center by the seaside promenade and, on the opposite side, from the entrance of the cycle path that runs along the old railway with illuminated tunnels and breathtaking views of the cliff up to Cogoleto and Varazze, the port offers many other activities such as the rental of sports equipment and the renowned diving school (Haven diving) and kayaking. The beaches are just a few steps away and you can choose between free and equipped.
Casa Porticciolo stands out for its authentic maritime atmosphere, ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in the fragrance of salt and listen to the gentle lapping of the waves against the hulls. It also offers the convenience of immediate access to favorite sports activities, ensuring comfort and convenience in a unique context.
THE SPACE
Access to cars in the port is controlled by a barrier that allows direct entry and the possibility of arriving in front of the entrance. The first half hour of parking is free of charge.
To reach the second floor, you have to face a few steps both outside and inside the building before using the elevator.
Casa Porticciolo includes an entrance that opens onto the living area, equipped with an equipped kitchenette and dining area. There is also a single armchair bed, ideal for a child, ensuring comfort and functionality . Through the French window there is access to a lovely terrace that benefits from the lush vegetation of the adjacent cliff and where it is possible to have lunch and spend convivial moments of relaxation. The structure is completed by a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom from which it is possible to access the terrace shared with the living area .
The house can therefore accommodate 2 adults and a child.
Bath and bed linen, WIFI and air conditioning in the double bedroom are included.

It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
