We had a great stay, we are vegan and there were so many vegan restaurants less than 10 minutes away walking. Close to the beautiful Plaza de Armas, very safe area had hot water which is a plus and good WIFI. Also had a refrigerator and microwave which we definitely used.

Very comfy studio, great host, and beautiful neighborhood right in the middle of the historical center of Arequipa city, only cons make sure to check your email for instructions sometimes goes to spam or junk folder on Expedia

The apartment has an excellent location on a safe street. We enjoyed walking to plaza de armas. The apartment has everything that needed for a comfortable stay and to prepare food there. It was very clean except that the shower could use a little love.

Con mejoras seria excelente

El apartamento está muy bien localizado cerca de las zonas centricas y comerciales de Arequipa. Es un apartamento amplio y limpio, pero al que se le pueden incorporar mejoras: por ejemplo, al ser tam amplio es bastante frío y se requeriría de calefacción en el frío invierno; la presión del agua es un problema importante, porque sale algo escasa de la ducha; finalmente, hay algunas goteras en el baño, pero cuando yo marchaba las estaban arreglando. Con estas mejoras creo que el apartamento seria excelente. Debo destacar la capacidad resolutiva de problemas por parte de sus administradores y el excelente trato recibido.
