Breakfast menu was limited but provided fresh daily. The room was spacious and a heater was provided for cold nights. The bathroom was very small, the sinks were small, and there was no soap provided. They only provided hot drinking water for tea, no cold water to refill your bottles.

Quarto precisa de uma reforma e sem ventilação. Café da manhã só o básico e sem variedades. No último dia não tínhamos água quente para tomar banho, e foi solicitado 40 min. para esperar a mesma esquentar, nesse tempo a energia acabou e precisávamos sair para compromissos e ficamos sem banho. Ponto positivo: O rapaz que ficava na recepção na parte da noite, atencioso e solícito.

Excelente experiencia en el corazón de Arequipa Nuestra estadía fue realmente muy agradable. El hotel destaca por su limpieza impecable, habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas, y un ambiente colonial muy acogedor que hace sentir una experiencia auténtica en Arequipa. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, brindando recomendaciones útiles y atención rápida en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos de la Plaza de Armas, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad caminando. Además, el desayuno fue muy bueno y el ambiente tranquilo permitió descansar sin problemas. Sin duda, es una excelente opción tanto para parejas como para familias. Totalmente recomendado, volveríamos sin dudarlo.

É um local um pouco estranho, quando chegamos achamos que não funcionava mais, mas as camas são confortáveis. A limpeza poderia melhorar bastante. O café da manhã era melhor informar que não tem. O pessoal do hotel é bastante atencioso.

Avaliação geral positiva, com oportunidades de melhoria. O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, o que facilita bastante a estadia. A equipe é atenciosa e cordial, sempre disposta a ajudar, e o quarto é amplo, confortável e adequado para descansar bem. Como pontos de melhoria, o café da manhã poderia ser melhor organizado: em alguns dias, alguns itens acabam e não há reposição. Além disso, a reposição de papel higiênico é feita de forma limitada (um por vez), o que acaba exigindo pedidos frequentes na recepção, algo que poderia ser mais prático para o hóspede. No geral, é uma boa opção de hospedagem, especialmente pela localização e conforto do quarto, mas com ajustes simples poderia oferecer uma experiência ainda melhor.
