Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Zentrum von Arequipa entfernt, es ist fußläufig alles erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft in Arequipa hatten wir ein Flughafentransfer über das Hotel bestellt, welcher uns auch bestätigt wurde. Leider hat uns niemand abgeholt. Zuverlässigkeit wird aber allgemein nicht groß geschrieben in Peru. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption bekommen. Es war die gesamte Nacht sehr laut, da jedes Wort zu hören war sowie das Türklingeln und sogar Telefonate waren zu hören. Außerdem drang das Licht der Rezeption durch das Fenster über der Zimmertür ein. Unsere Zimmernachbarn wechselten mitten in der Nacht das Hotel, da sie nicht schlafen konnten. Früh um 6 Uhr wurden wir durch Baulärm in der Rezeption geweckt. Das Hotel war noch nicht komplett fertig gestellt. Wir haben uns beim Personal beschwert, leider sprach dieses nur Spanisch und wir mussten mit Google-Übersetzer kommunizieren. Alles in allem sehr niedliches, kleines und modernes Hotel, was noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt wurde. Leider nächtliche Ruhestörungen durch Geräusche der Rezeption. In den 3 Nächten bekamen wir nur sehr wenig Schlaf. Besteht bei Buchung auf ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage!!!!
