Rent beautiful new house in wood frame of 85m2, facing south in a very quiet area in Arès, close to beaches and all amenities.
The accommodation has:

- a laundry room with washing machine
- a large living room of 35m2 with open kitchen, snack plan and foldout sofa, overlooking the wooden terrace
- 3 bedrooms in total (including one with access to the terrace) with fitted wardrobes, equipped for two of them 140x180 beds of very good quality and 90x180 twin beds for the third
- A bathroom with a double sink and a real walk-in shower
- a large wooden terrace facing south, serving the living room and master bedroom
- a garden of approx. 350m2 fenced and without any vis-à-vis
- a garden shed made of wood of approx. 8m2
All rooms are equipped with electric shutters.

Excellent séjour. Propriétaire sympathique qui nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour nous installer.
Et nous avons été accueillis par une charmante dame, Marie Claire.
Maison très agréable, propre, terrasse et jardin sans vis à vis dans une résidence calme avec tout le nécessaire pour une famille avec 4 enfants.
Tres bien situé. La plage est a 15m’ en voiture et le supermarché a 3mn.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit großem Außenbereich. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und schöne Strände in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war schnell und zuverlässig.

super séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location où nous étions comme à la maison. Arès est une petite ville tranquille avec des commerçants sympatiques. Près de l'Ocean pour profiter des vagues l'aprem. De belles promenades à faire le matin sur le sentier du littoral et dans le parc naturel. Nous avons aussi bien profité des eaux chaudes du bassin quand la marée nous l'a permis.

Un excellent séjour!
Belle maison spacieuse, bien équipée, avec un grand jardin arboré . Quartier résidentiel calme, à quelques minutes en voiture du bassin et à 15 min de la plage côté océan ( en bref, idéalement située). Un grand merci à Julien et Marie-Claire pour leur accueil et disponibilité.
