Recent house classified on 3* with large garden and private pool of good size, located in the charming village of Argeliers Aude. The environment is quiet because the house is in a dead end. The main shops are located within 500 m.
This resort is an excellent compromise for those who want to combine the seaside attractions and cultural discoveries. The bustling beaches resorts of Gruissan and Narbonne Plage are spread over the remote coastline of less than 30 km. And in a radius of 50 km, the excursions allow varying areas of interest: Roman Narbonne, the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and Carcassonne (located world heritage of UNESCO) as well as natural sites like the Canal du Midi, Lake Jouarres, the Bages (frequented by migratory birds), and also the regional park of La Clape (famous for its scenic hiking trails).
The house, on one level with an area of 95 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 people.
The 1,000 m² garden is decorated with 2 tiled terraces (a front of the house protected by a blind and another on the side, shaded by two mulberry trees) and a large private pool of 12m x 6m with depht between 1.30m and 1.90m. Protected by an alarm, it is open from may to end of september. The solarium, also tiled, walked around the pool. Outside always: independent WC and shower.
The garden, in part with lawn, is beautifully flowered and planted with trees. You have a barbecue.
In the house : living room with kitchen and lounge area, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 independent bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
Parking on the ground. Sorry pets are not accepted. The owners speak Spanish.

Séjour super agréable
Propriété très bien agencée et très bien équipée. Calme assuré. Propreté impeccable. Propriétaire super accueillant (plateau de légumes, croissants au petit déjeuner, confiture, miel) toujours disponible, fort discret et aux conseils plus qu'utiles(bonnes adresses). Location à recommander vraiment!!!
