This Mallorcan property is a rarity! Here you will find a successful blend of tradition and modernity. The character of this old mansion has been preserved.



This farm is ideal for friends and families who want to enjoy life and nature. On this large farm, there are horses, ducks, sheep and much more. If desired, they can rent horses for a guided ride.

This fantastic farm is located between the towns of Petra and Son Serra de Marina and has capacity for up to 8 people. In addition to the main building, there are still some agricultural buildings, where tools and equipment for farm management were stored. Many of the old objects can still be admired today.

Entering through the lobby, there is the living room with satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi. In the fully equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, here there is also a successful combination of modern technology in a rustic environment.

The house is prepared with 4 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) and 4 en-suite bathrooms for 8 people. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor, the other two are on the upper floor. Customers will be able to use and enjoy the entire dwelling.

In the outdoor area is the natural pool of 4x8 metres and offers fun and relaxation for the whole family.

The space waa accurate to description. We were a family of 11 with 5 children and the pool was perfect and kitchen was great for making meals. Space was clean and inviting. We spent a lot of time outdoors
