Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, natural pond, swimming pool round (8 m diameter, depth 50 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 5.5 km, bar 1.2 km, bakery 1.2 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ariany" 850 m, sandy beach "Playas de Muro - Can Picafort" 18 km.
