Comfortable house, very well equipped and air conditioned, in the heart of the Historic City Center, completely renovated, 100m from the Arena in a quiet area.
It can accommodate up to 8 people.
A reserved parking space in a covered and guarded car park located 200m from the accommodation.
On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, another bedroom with 2 bunk beds as well as a bathroom with bath, sink and WC.
On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with 1 bed 160, a shower and a sink. This top floor offers, thanks to its large skylights, a splendid view of the starry sky.
On the ground floor, there is in the living room a comfortable sofa bed 160, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), there is also a washing machine. dishes, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Semaine Arles

La maison est très bien placée, très propre et charmante. Le problème réside dans l'annonce : 3 chambres. Il faudrait préciser que l'une des 3 est aveugle . Cette chambre est possible pour 1 enfant en laissant les portes ouvertes mais certainement pas pour un adulte. D'autre part il faudrait sécuriser la chambredu haut à cause des poutres qui sont à exactement 1,20m. Bonjour les bosses ! Donc revoir sérieusement l'annonce.
