We booked our stay at this hotel for a work trip through expedia and when we arrived to check in they could not access their system and check us in. They kept asking if we had a unit number (which is not something expedia ever provides and is assigned by hotel). 3 hours later expedia moved us after sitting in lobby for hours. The only thing i can say is that after front desk realized they would not be able to check us in, they stayed on the phone with expedia to help with the move. A simplestandard printout would have avoided al of this nightmare. This hotel needs to step it up.
