It’s only 2 blocks away from Armidale's restaurants, pubs, supermarkets or shopping mall. The apartment has private access, is fully fenced and child-friendly (please note there are stairs). This apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. 2 x single foam mattress are provided in the living room for extras. **Please note the bedrooms are upstairs. The single flight of stairs is on the steeper side so not suitable for those with mobility issues. The bright open plan living / dining / kitchen area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and opens onto a private sunny deck. Two bathrooms, each with shower, vanity and mirrors. Each bedroom features built in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you will need, microwave, dish washer, and an array of utensils. A washer and dryer is provided in a laundry cabinet along with laundry detergent. There is a single private off-street carport and ample parking on the street.
