The room was clean and all organized. Clean bathroom. 24 hrs restaurant service. Staff very gentle. Just one thing... my room's lock didn't close safely because all the the locks over there are old in which conventional keys are used. Time to change for newest locks.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

O hotel é bastante simples. Pelas fotos no site eu esperava bem mais. Mesmo sendo viajante frequente, dessa vez as imagens me enganaram. Embora o hotel estivesse próximo ao local do nosso compromisso - optamos pelo estabelecimento por isso - ele fica afastado, e numa região ruim. Não passa segurança. O estacionamento é pequeno e apertado. Nosso carro acabou ficando na rua em frente ao hotel. A cama não estava limpa como esperado. Travesseiros e fronhas não tinham sido trocados. Precisamos solicitar a troca. O hotel ofereceu secador de cabelo. Mas não estava disponível no quarto. Solicitamos o aparelho à recepção. O secador não chegou. Tínhamos compromisso; precisei descer e pedir novamente. Só depois de uns 10 minutos o aparelho chegou. Por fim, o café da manhã é bem "fraquinho". Pra complicar, ainda encontrei um cabelo no melão. Experiência ruim.

Pessimas condiçoes de higiene!!! O chão do quarto ensebado, o banheiro estava um nojo! No ralo do chuveiro cheio de cabelo, nos azulejos do box do banheiro tambem cheio de cabelo. Um nojo! E no vaso sanitario?? Estava sujo de fezes de hospede anterior. So nao sai dali correndo pois minha filha pequena ja estava no banho. Lamentavel. O rapaz da recepcao é muito atencioso e o cafe da manha estava ok, mas a limpeza merece nota zero e os responsaveis precisam ser trocados.
