O quarto estava muito limpo e isso faz um grande diferencial, fomos muito bem recebidos e o café da manhã estava ótimo, solicitei que fosse reservado um corte de solteiro com duas cama mas me deram uma de casal, quando fui na recepção mencionar este detalhe eles prontamente e rapidamente resolveram a pequena confusão e me deram um quarto conforme o solicitei, um ótimo atendimento.

I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, the location was difficult to access, there was no option for a garage, and there were no blankets to spend the rainy nights.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free.
