The room….I had booked a king suit with a jacuzzi tub…. And the room had no Jacuzzi tub. It was an ordinary room with a king size bed, I would’ve been much better off just booking a queen size room and bed, I got nothing extra for the cost difference involved. Very disappointed

There was a very noisy party going on in the restaurant which made Checkin very confusing. Our reservation got mixed up even though I reserved and paid through hotels.com and did the full online Checkin. Ended up with a knock to our door once we were already ready for bed. But other than that the room was clean and bed was comfortable

The room smelled, the window was drafty and didn’t lock, room was cold despite our efforts to turn up the heat, bathroom tile looked moldy, carpets were dirty/stained, the wallpaper was ripped/torn, no outlets to plug in phone chargers, etc and not all lights worked. In general it was an uncomfortable experience and we wouldn’t stay there again.

Was very disapointed in the hotel. Was not very clean. There was feces on the wall over the mirror in bathroom as well as on the ceiling. Room had a stale odor My husband was bitten numerous times by something in the room while he slept.
