Schnell erreichbar von Flughafen SĂŒd, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in der nĂ€he, jedoch alles am besten per Auto zu erreichen.Das Haus war sauber und geordnet, wir haben nichts vermisst, die Matratze könnte nur ein klein wenig mehr komfort bieten aber ist OK.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, spricht nur spanisch aber man kann sich gut verstĂ€ndigen.Die Nachbarschaft ist entspannt und die umgebung, vor allem Nachts, ruhig, das war fĂŒr uns sehr wichtig!Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut, schöne Details.

Gute low budget Unterkunft
Die vorab Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut, er konnte zwar nur spanisch aber dank Ăbersetzer kann man sich gut verstĂ€ndigen, Vorort ist selbiger sehr zuvorkommend und erklĂ€rt auch alles, hat sich gute Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Restaurants. Die VerstĂ€ndigung wieder per Ăbersetzer einigermaĂen gut.
Die Unterkunft ist natĂŒrlich nicht Top Luxus ausgestattet aber fĂŒr einen einfachen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist alles fĂŒr den normalen Alltag vorhanden.
Die ein oder andere SchranktĂŒr wackelt vielleicht oder ist etwas schief aber das stört die Funktion nicht.
Wir haben zu viert dort die Tage verbracht, zwei im Doppelbett und zwei auf der Ausziehcouch. Das Bett/ die Couch ist okay, etwas hart fĂŒr meinen Geschmack, die Couch hat noch eine dĂŒnne extra Matratze.
Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr schick, es sind ein paar halbfertige HĂ€user und leere FlĂ€chen dort aber es ist nicht ĂŒbermĂ€Ăig schmutzig und soweit wir gesehen haben keine obdachlosen oder Ă€hnliches. Die Nachbarn sind teilweise etwas laut aber vertretbar, die HĂ€hne in der NĂ€he wecken einen zuverlĂ€ssig beim Sonnenaufgang.
Klimaanlage ist vorhanden aber war bei unserer Reisezeit im Januar nicht notwendig, weder zum kĂŒhlen noch zum heizen.

Die Unterkunft war hervoragend und genau das was wir bevorzugen, ruhig und direkt unter Einheimischen. Die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir lernen garantiert jetzt noch mehr spanisch und kommen gern wieder.
