The 95 m² accommodation has been recently refurbished taking special care in a modern, pleasant and accessible decoration to guarantee the maximum enjoyment of our guests.
Among the main attractions of the penthouse, is the 30 m² terrace furnished with sun loungers and outdoor dining table, where you can enjoy the views of part of the city and the sea from a side view.
Facilities: lift, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, TV, radio, iron.
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
The location of the flat is excellent, very central and only a few meters from bars, restaurants, the beach, pharmacies.
It is located 87 m from the restaurant "El Rincón de Pancho", 300 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Los Cristianos", 300 m from the supermarket "Spar Cristianos Centro", 550 m from the restaurant "Pescaito Los Cristianos", 16 km from the airport "Tenerife South Airport", 76 km from the airport "Tenerife North Airport" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
