Gorgeous ground floor apartment overlooking the famous Playa de Las Americas beach, close to all amenities.



Completely renovated with taste and elegance it is an oasis of peace in the heart of the coast of Tenerife and 20 km

south from Tenerife South Airport.





The apartment is very bright and from the large furnished terrace with barbecue, deck chairs, table and chairs, you can

enjoy the ocean view which is in front.





Big saltwater poolof the beautiful residence.



It has 3 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and one with bathtub)



for up to 8 people.



All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and there is also air conditioning in the lounge.



A few steps lead from the large living room to the fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave,



coffee maker, juicer, kettle, oven and everything needed for cooking.



Included bed linen and bath towels .

Large saltwater poolin the beautiful residence with sun loungers and parasols for a fee on site.

Disappointing Apartment

Apartment did not match pictures or our expectations for the price we paid. Outside furniture was ripped. Sofa bed was in poor condition with cigarette burn and should be thrown away. Front door handle was missing. Safe was not securely attached and could easily have been removed. Definitely not Gorgeous as advertised.
