The most amazing place to stay in Tenerife. Room was perfect, slightly dated but clean and tidy. Amazing staff who are very helpful. Pool and bar facilities are amazing. We will be back next year

Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. Entertainment staff were also brilliant; special thanks to Javi, who was always cheerful and engaging and took the time to remember everyone's names and provided some fun games. We will definitely be staying at the Regency Country Club again! :-)

Great for family stay.

Great place to stay for the family. Very friendly team and very accommodating. Not packed with party goers so perfect for the family. Would definitely return. Plenty to keep you and the kids entertained

Lovely place for its rooms, balcony, swimming pool and staff. Their chlorine levels are suspect and caused ear infections in both our children, and their WiFi is problematic. If they can rectify these issues, along with a better breakfast, it would be somewhere I’d be happy to return to.

Great Hotel.

That was a really pleasant stay in Regency The apartmenta are very confortable, the staff is very kind, the locations is great (better if you are by car) and the swimming pool is a must. Very recommended.

We liked the spacious kitchen, room and balcony, it felt big enough for our family of 4 (parents sleeping on sofa bed which did the job). No one came to clean our room at all during our 7 night stay so we did have to get some emergency toilet rolls and bin bags and it would have been nice for this service (we could have asked on reception if we were that bothered). We also kept seeing people stealing ice creams from the poolside fridge which we found annoying as we were paying €3.50 for each one as we are honest people. The playground area needs a floor upgrade as it didn’t feel safe. On the whole, a good stay for us - we loved the pool area it mostly was quiet (apart from on a weekend) and the location was good. As we had a car it was nicer to stay a little further out from the hustle bustle beachfront! We went to a camel park a few min drive away which was super and also Aqualand.

The apartment was great. Pool lovely. Staff helpful. The advertised free bus only runs once a day at 10:30. Only downsides: The single beds are hard and not comfy new mattress needed. The double and sofa are good. Location good use the local taxi company not uber.

Really lovely hotel especially for the price! Pros: Lovely big pool Swim up bar Comfy sun loungers Quiet area Nice apartment with roof terrace is great for getting some sun Lively little shop up the hill perfect for fresh morning pastries and coffee Really friendly hotel staff Con: Spent quite a lot in taxis to get places but that’s the price you pay for a lovely quiet location Uncomfortable bed Tired bathroom and sometimes a drain smell was a bit grim
