L'appartement offre une des plus belles vues de Palm Mar avec l'avantage de ne pas avoir de vis-à-vis. Il est très éclairé et bénéficie d'une magnifique terrasse. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un grand frigo et des couteaux qui coupent pour ceux qui cuisinent. Casseroles et poêles suffisantes. Apart très aéré aussi niveau sdb et cuisine. Endroit très paisible, calme malgré l'ouverture sur l'extérieur. Vue incroyable! A ne pas rater. Stéphane s'occupe parfaitement du check in.

A lovely apartment in a lovely place

A great apartment with a lovely view of the sunset and a large balcony which gets the late afternoon sun. Really enjoyed our stay. Our third year running in Palm Mar and this block of apartments because of the location and gorgeous pool area. The host was very quick to respond when we had a problem with the TV.

We had a great time at this apartment. Exactly as described, everything we needed for an extended stay in Palm Mar. Communication with the owner was 1st rate throughout the process. Very clean and well presented property, great location, quiet although still near to all cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment in a great location

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. My wife and I were let down by a previous host the day before we were due to fly out. We came across this apartment and wow the host was quick to reply and organised, it was more than we hoped for. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from Houria who was lovely and she showed us around the apartment, which was spotlessly clean and spacious with wonderful sea views, she also pointed out the supermarket, bars and restaurants. We had a an amazing time in an amazing apartment, thank you to the host and Houria for making our stay wonderful, we cannot wait to return. x

We can only describe as an excellent stay.What a little gem of a place is Palm Mar....let's hope it stays like this. Nice choice of restaurants / bars all very reasonably priced.

Beautiful and peaceful

Last minute booking due to having to cancel another holiday due to bereavement. To say we were not disappointed is an understatement. The flat was absolutely stunning and spotless. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Palm Mar is obviously a fairly new area and only the one supermarket. This wasn't a problem for us as they had fresh bread, fruit and meats every day. Just make sure you know what you are cooking with as I accidentally put sugar in when I cooked my rice lol... A nice touch would be some form of padding for the sunbeds as they were a bit hard and uncomfortable.

The apartment in Palm Mar is great. Has everything you would ask for. It's very clean and comfortable. The area it's very quiet, we don't like busy places so it was ideal for us. There is a supermarket nearby and few restaurants. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the play park which was not far from the apartment. Anna

Super Holiday

A really nice apartment which has everything you need and more. It was spotlessly clean and well looked after, as was the whole apartment complex. Really quiet, day and night. The pool area was fab, although for our March stay you needed to be quite brave to enter the pool - it would have been superb if it was heated! Nice balcony with outside seating where we could enjoy a G&T and watch the sunset over the sea in the distance!! Loads of TV and excellent wifi if you need it. Nice area with all the amenities you need including some great restaurants which were really good value for the quality. Only a 10 minute drive to the busier area of Los Cristianos or you can walk across the mountain if you are quite adventurous! Really highly recommended :-)

Relaxing, sunny and quiet holiday - just what we wanted!

We had a lovely holiday at this apartment. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Gaetan’s apartments in Palm Mar which is a very nice and quiet resort, although growing. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need to ensure a comfortable holiday, although the bathroom would benefit from an upgrade. The WiFi is excellent! There is a large balcony and terrace which enjoys sunshine for most of the day. The owner is very helpful and accommodating and always responds very quickly to any questions. The host who met us was also very helpful and able to answer all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We would certainly go back again.

Smart comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is smart , clean and comfortable with a nice terrace / balcony. The area is quite quite with a mixture of visitors and locals but away from the hectic buzz of the bigger resort areas - which suited us just fine! There are nice restaurants and bars nearby and a local supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment. If you want to go further afield we could get to Los Cristianos and other places very easily by car. The young lady, Houria, who looks after the property was pleasant and welcoming and very patient when we got a bit lost on our way from the airport. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location.

The apartment was beautifully presented, very clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony positioned to enjoy amazing sunsets. It is located in the beautiful residential area of Palm Mar, great walks around the property, either into Malpais de le Rasca nature reserve or Mount Guaza which takes you over to Los Christians in just over 1 hour. There are many good bars and restaurants in Palm Mar, a very friendly community. Would recommend this apartment.

Superb find.

Was met on arrival at agreed time by host. Was shown into appt and was very impressed how clean it was. Absolutely spotless. Plenty of towels and linens too. Super location as we didnt want loads of kids around. Was so quiet, so relaxing which is what we both needed . Shop was about 150yds away and had most things we needed in stock....just found biscuits and treats were a bit pricey so avoided them but that wasnt a bad thing as we then ate more fruit. Am definitely going back next year. Would recommend this holiday to all our friends too....but if you have young children then obviously would go to a ‘family friendly’ complex.

Lovely apartment, which is well situated. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Enough room for family of 4. Our children are 9 and 11 and the sofa bed was plenty big enough. Kitchen well stocked with all equipment you need. Complex is clean and well managed. Pool is not heated which is a shame as it's beautiful. All in all a lovely stay here will definately come back.

We stayed in this apartment in November. We had a really good holiday. The apartment was very roomy, clean and quite stunning. The only thing that could have been added to the apartment to make it even better is some fans. We had a couple of very hot nights and it was difficult to sleep as it got quite stuffy without a fan to cool us down. This is really the only thing that we can say was wrong. We would highly recommend this apartment and the owner was quite charming. Would definitely use it again.

Amazing apartment!!!

It is an amazing apartment! You have everything you need: coffee machine, fridge, tv, sound booster, washing machine! Terrace is big with a dining table and a sofa! Pool is nice and easy to access! It is situated in a quiet place but just 10 min drive to las americas, 15 min drive from airport! Would recommend and would definitely come back!!!

Fantastisch

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war einfach wunderbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Perfekte Lage mit einem exzellenten Ausblick über Palm Mar und das Meer. Die Wohnung mit der Ausstattung hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Normalerweise ruhig an einer Nebenstraße gelegen. Nur manchmal etwas nerviger Verkehrslärm wegen Einparkversuchen an Straße mit starkem Gefälle.
