Apartment completely renovated in the heart of the tourist area Playa de Las Americas, Tenerife South. The property is composed of two very large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. American kitchen full of all appliances and a dining room with large windows and sofa bed, plus 50-inch flat TV. The complex has a garden area and a large swimming pool suitable for all ages. The entrance to the house is independent and guarded 24 hours. A few meters away there is a pharmacy, a 24h supermarket and many restaurants and bar. At 200 m you can enjoy the Troya beach and a varied entertainment area.
