TRIPLEX FANTASY FUN IN PLAYA DE LAS AMERICAS
Great apartment with a large terrace and located in a privileged place in the center of Playa de las Américas. The apartment is recommended for young people looking for sea/beach and entertainment, this is due to the proximity to Playa de las Américas and the nightlife of the Verónicas area. (It is not recommended for families with children due to the proximity of the night spots and that can cause noise)
The apartment is tastefully furnished with a modern decoration. It has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with showers and a wonderful terrace perfect for enjoying the sun.
The complex is currently undergoing maintenance and renovation works in the common areas. The pool is not available.
