Villa Atlántico is a spectacular property, ideal both for relaxing with family or friends, and for enjoying Lanzarote due to its exceptional location, tranquility and its unique design and decoration. The house is located just 200 meters walk from La Concha beach and the promenade, where you will find bars and restaurants of all kinds, and 100 meters from the Deiland shopping center, full of shops and supermarkets.
It consists of a ground floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite), an independent kitchen and a living room. An upper floor with a huge living room with spectacular views of the sea, a fully equipped independent kitchen, dressing rooms, two en-suite bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and shower) and two bedrooms with incredible views.
Both floors have high speed WIFI and Bluetooth speakers. They can be rented independently.
The terrace area, with a saltwater pool, has sun loungers for up to eight people. All the crystals in the house are refractive; during the day from the inside you can see the outside, but from the outside it leaves complete privacy inside.
