The gem of this property is the backyard/ playground where your family will enjoy hours of fun. Backyard includes a converted Lifeguard Tower/ Treehouse, a Lighthouse Play Fort, Ball Pit, Trampoline, & Sand Box. The home is approx. 2 miles to Pismo State Beach and 2 blocks to shopping such as Starbuck's & Aldi. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home approx. 1330 sq. ft. Master bedroom has a King bed while the other bedrooms have Queens. Master bath has shower/ tub combo and 3/4 bath has stall shower. Open concept living/ kitchen area. Remodeled and fully stocked kitchen. Living room has a wood burning stove and 3 seater (fully reclining) sofa with large screen T.V. Master bedroom and kids room both have additional T.V.'s.
