Fantastic Country Estate with Pool, Whirlpool, Wi-Fi and Garden; Parking Available

A few kilometres north of the village of Artà, you will find the Finca Allà d'Alt, which offers a wonderful outdoor area and excellent facilities. The beautiful Finca with natural stone façades has a cosy living/dining room with a fireplace and a stone wall, a very well-equipped kitchen with a counter, 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a jacuzzi bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fireplace, a baby cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the fantastic outdoor area is the 60 m² pool, which is equipped with a Jacuzzi. The spacious, well-kept garden of the accommodation enchants guests with blossoming bushes, lush vegetation and its own tree population - here you can be one with nature and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Several paved outdoor terraces with comfortable seating invite you to enjoy delicious meals in the company of your loved ones or to round off a sunny holiday with a glass of delicious wine. The old well of the property provides a particularly original atmosphere - experience the rural flair here up close and enjoy a maximum level of privacy! There are cats, goats and a donkey on the property, which is a great attraction especially for children. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in Artà after 4.3 km or a 9-minute drive. There is a weekly market on Tuesdays which is well worth a visit and where you will find culinary delicacies and Mallorcan handicrafts. The nearest sandy beach, Cala Torta, is 14.5 km or a 30-minute drive away and awaits you with an absolutely natural, almost undisturbed environment.

Excellent stay. Very recommended

Pros: If you have high expectations from seeing the pictures, you are right so. The finca lives up to them easily. Its the old family home and you can see how much love and care went into everything for an enjoyable stay for guests. The owner and his mother are very attentive, but in a restrained manner and provide helpful information on beaches, restaurants, etc. The finca is about 4 km outside of the nice city of Artà. It is surrounded by a lot of nature. the next neighbours are measured in 100s of meters. The finca provides full privacy. Only sounds will be of nature sounds (birds, dogs, goats, rooster). 2 donkeys belong to the finca. Finca lies next to a natural park with hiking possibilities. Beaches are 10-15 km. We enyoyed everything at the finca, from he shadowy big table on the terrace, the gas grill, the shadowy lounge area at the pool, the garden, plants and flowers. We recommend the finca anytime. Cons: Nothing. The Street connecting the finca and Arta and driving the very narrow streets of old town Artà might be challenging for a less experienced driver. For visiting the town or the market there is a big parking space before the town (So no need to take the narrow roads). But for going to beaches or bigger shoppings you'll have to drive the narrow roads. Wasn't a thing for us, just wanted to mention it.

Tolle Finca mit wunderschönem Park, liebevoll gepflegt, gerne wieder

Pros: Der tolle Rundumblick über die Berge, die wunderschöne Pool Area mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheit. Wir wurden trotz der späten Anreise noch persönlich begrüßt und rumgeführt. Ein gefüllter Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein warteten auf uns. Die Betreuung war sehr persönlich und nett, uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Falls wir etwas brauchten oder wissen wollten, bekamen wir unverzüglich per WhatsApp Rückmeldung. Eine wirklich großzügige Finca mit viel Land drum herum, viele tolle Palmen und alte Bäume. Abends zaubert die umfangreiche Beleuchtung eine romantische Atmosphäre. In der Nähe lädt ein Nationalpark zum Wandern ein, nach Arta sind es keine 10 Minuten zu fahren

Urlaub in wunderschönem Gesamtambiente

Pros: Gut ausgestattete Finca, großzügiger, gepflegter Pool in traumhafter Gartenanlage. Ruhe, die man kaum noch für möglich hält, liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Cons: Auto zwingend erforderlich Fahrer braucht gute Nerven, da Zufahrt auf schmaler Straße, erfordert hohe Aufmerksamkeit. Wenn man Mallorca außerhalb der Finca erleben will, ist etwas anstrngende Durchfahrt durch das schöne Städtchen Arta unvermeidbar.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und der große Pool war der Hit für die Kinder. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und haben uns liebevoll umsorgt. Alles in Allem: sehr zu empfehlen!
