The spacious holiday home Dones D'Aigua is located in the quiet village of Colonia de Sant Pedro, just 20 m from a small beach. The property, which stretches over 4 floors, boasts a beautiful sea and mountain view and impresses guests with its modern decor and expansive outdoor area. The house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a small laundry room, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer. Furthermore, the villa offers a private balcony, which is accessible via the third-floor bedroom as well as a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower, hammocks and sun loungers. Start your day with a cup of hot coffee on the spacious terrace, which overlooks the sea and is accessible via the second-floor bedrooms. Relax with a good book on the hammocks and cool down on warm summer days in the pool. Within a 5-minute drive you will find a small selection of restaurants and bars.
