This 50 m² house located in Arzon has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The rental features a 10 m² terrace, garden furniture and outdoor parking for 2 vehicles. A shared swimming pool is at your disposal from 15 June to 15 September. Within the house you will find two televisions and a hairdryer is available for your use. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The accommodation comprises a bathroom upstairs with toilet included as well as a shower room on the ground floor with toilet included.

Appartement tres bien situé, propre , manque des rangements dans les salles de bain, 1 cafetiere de taille normale ( celle qui y est ,est minuscule) et manque 1 range velo .

Bien conçu et agréable à vivre cette petite maison mitoyenne nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable. Lumineux le jour grâce à sa baie vitrée et ses larges fenêtres. Calme avec une vue agréable. Bien équipé. Pas de wifi mais ça capte bien en 4G avec free. En conclusion un très bon choix! L'éclairage est dans l'ensemble désastreux. Impossible de lire dans les chambres, on y voit rien dans la cuisine la nuit, pour le séjour c'est un peu mieux. Un bémol à ma remarque: nous somme venus fin novembre ou la nuit commence très tôt... sinon l'appartement est bien lumineux le jour. Par ailleurs, sans problème pour les adultes, l'escalier d'accès à l'étage est raide donc attention avec les petits enfants

Maison bien située, proche du port, des commerces, sentiers pédestres. Déçu par la propreté de la maison (poils de chien et odeur de chien à notre arrivée, poêle sale). La maison reste chère pour les prestations proposées.
