Cocoonr Agency offers you to discover the natural beauties of the Gulf of Morbihan with our apartment in the heart of the Breton Riviera. Riviera, near the Port du Crouesty in Arzon, located less than a kilometer from the beach, is a T3 apartment decorated with care, very bright, in a residence with a shared pool of 10x5m that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. You have access to the port on foot and to all the shops. You can leave your car on the parking of the residence.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :

- A swimming pool (open from 1/05 to 09/09, heated) shared in the residence
- A balcony, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days
