Comfortable hotel with basic service

Room is small for families but clean and comfortable. Cleaning is not done daily and some amenities are self service. It would be nice to have some staff help with the luggage as porter services are non existent. The dryer onsite is very weak and did not dry clothes well even after 45 mins use.

ビジネスホテルとして過ごしやすい場所でした、駐車場が無料だと思っていたら有料だったので少し困りました。 大浴場が別料金なのは個人的には違和感あったけど温泉宿ではないところでは普通のことかもしれません

While the lobby area looks ok the condition of the hallways, rugs, and rooms are not great. Some disrepair and could use updating. The staff were very friendly with some English ability and the morning breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. It is fairly centrally located and there was no charge for parking. They also provided a crib for our baby for a charge.

ホテルに温泉があれば良かったですが閉鎖しており残念でした。従業員は若いスタッフも多く、笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれます。部屋のエアコンの温度調整ができないので少し戸惑いました。部屋を出る際に部屋内の電源が落ちるので空気清浄機はありましたが、退出し外に出歩いている間に部屋の空気が洗浄できないので残念でした。部屋を重視せずに泊まるだけなら問題は無いホテルです。

今回、残念ながら喫煙ルームしかなかったが、空気清浄機を使ってなんとかしのげた。 予約の部屋はツインで広かったのが気に入った。半分スイートの雰囲気。くつろげた。 トイレ・バスも、結構広くて使いやすかったが、便座はなぜか冷たく、ONにするスイッチが見つからなかった。また、ウォッシュレットが黒カビがびっちりついていて使えなかったのが悪印象。 朝食は切り干し大根が美味しかった。ほっとする味。 ホテル特製のプリンや野菜ジュースもおいしかった。
