Huge room with a great view facing Furano town, and the onsite onsen was great. Shuttle bus to the lift was very convenient and the lobby and complimentary drinks/snacks and laundry was great. The only improvements are that the kitchenette could be better equipped (eg with dish soap/tea towel) and better cleaned, and the pillow was not very comfortable.

The room was remarkably clean and all amenities were provided. We really appreciated the complimentary beer, water, wines, chocolates, snacks, and juices. The hotel has a warm and cozy feel perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. As many others state, breakfast offers a delicious spread of Japanese and western options. It was a fun way to get a taste of local milks, cheeses, and mochi during our trip. The staff at the hotel is incredibly cordial, helpful, and well-versed in hospitality. I was impressed when they took our bags to our room for us right at check-in. The rooms are larger than we've ever seen in Japan or stateside. The beds were firm but much more comfortable than expected. You won't regret staying here. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

Every staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Breakfast buffet includes both Western and Japanese items, excellent free wine tasting with crackers and chocolates. Modern facility, excellent location, our room was surprisedly neat and spacious. Based on the other reviews, the breakfast buffet was over-rated. Buffet was small and overcrowded with people. First floor rooms have poor air circulation and the view from the window was of power lines. Definitely overpriced for what was offered.

Lovely hotel in Furano with spacious rooms, beautiful decor, ample parking and delicious on site restaurant. Conveniently located near the highways and main shopping area. Bonus points for the comfortable Pjs and complimentary wine tasting in the lobby too! Would definitely stay here again!
