Der Standort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Skifahren. Bushaltestelle in alle Richtungen gleich gegenüber.
Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit einer Fläche über 90 qm. Große Terrasse mit Blick in Richtung Kampenwand. Separater Zugang zur Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Großer Wohnraum mit offenem Kamin (für den Kamin steht ein Korb Holz bereit, für den Nachschub muss dann selber gesorgt werden) Kabel-TV, W-LAN und großer Sitzgruppe. Küchenzeile mit 4-Platten-Herd, Backofen und Mikrowelle sowie Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und Geschirrspüler - großer Esstisch. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. pure Enttäuschung

Vor zwei Wochen traten wir mit Freude unseren wohlverdienten Urlaub an. Wohnung entspricht absolut nicht der Anzeige in fewo direkt. 1.Whirlpool ist defekt, sehr ärgerlich, denn auf dieses Highlight haben wir uns schon lange gefreut. 2.Kaminfeuer, Feuer zu machen war wohl möglich, aber durch die verrußten Scheiben, WZ/Bad, war nix sichtbar 3. Flurlicht, weder Außenlicht ohne Funktion 4. Zimmer mit extra zugang, war einfach nur eine Holzbühnen Leiter ohne Geländer unterm Dach mit einer Höhe von ca. 1,5 Metern, ergo nicht aufrecht begehbar, bei der Bühnenleiter fehlt jegliche vorgeschriebe Sicherheit, somit nicht nutzbar. 5. begehbarer Kleiderschrank war einfach nur ein Abstellraum mit einer Meter langen Stange im Bad, ansonsten keine Kleiderschränke vorhanden 6. Alle Teppiche komplett verdreckt 7. Bettwäsche nicht frisch gewaschen 8. Sofa Kissen voll mit Hundehaaren und Flecken 9.Wasserhahn in der Küchenzeile undicht 10.Kühlschrank sehr unhygienisch Wir haben unseren Urlaub frühzeitig abgebrochen und sind am überlegen ob wir eine Teilrückerstattung einfordern. Wir haben auch mit den Urlaubern der zweiten fewo gesprochen und sie haben von ihrer fewo dasselbe bestätigt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen, Herr Spiessberger war beim Empfang zwar sehr nett, aber für den Preis und dem Zustand der gesamten Wohnung, hilft das leider nicht weiter!

Superbe séjour.

Je vous recommande cet appartement très joli ,propre et bien situé. Roland est un Mr extraordinaire,plein d attention et très sympathique. De petits présents nous ont été offerts. J y retourné sans aucune hésitation. L endroit se situe à quelques kilomètres de petits paradis. Notre petit chien c est beaucoup plu car la terrasse est bien pratique avec vu sur les montagnes.
