Welcome to this fine holiday home. The accommodation extends over the ground floor and first floor, where the bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located. The children can play carefree on the trampoline while you enjoy a nice drink in the garden. On the balcony you can end the day in style with a good book. What luxury!
The holiday home is in a sunny and central location between the towns of Aschau and Zell am Ziller. The ski bus stops in front of the house and takes you to the ski area of Zell am Ziller, 4 km away, with connection to Gerlos or directly to the Zillertal Arena. In summer, admire your surroundings in all their glory during cycling or hiking tours.

Set amidst the mountains, Aschau im Zillertal offers the perfect balance between natural splendour and authentic Tyrolean hospitality. The village is a nature lover's paradise, with scenic hiking trails and cycling routes winding through lush valleys and forested hills. Wir haben uns in der ersten Sekunde wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist traumhaft, zuvorkommend und hilft jederzeit. Einfach toll. Keine Wünsche sind offen geblieben. Die Kinder sind wunschlos glücklich und hatten sehr viel Spaß.
